JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A 45-year-old driver died early Saturday morning in a single-car crash on Southside Boulevard just south of Beach Boulevard, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
Troopers said the woman was headed north near Cargal Street at 1:53 a.m. when her car left the road, hit a culvert, causing the car to go airborne before hitting a utility pole. Troopers found the car next to the downed utility pole.
