8 apartments damaged in fire at complex on Century 21 Drive

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Firefighters with the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department were called to extinguish a fire Thursday afternoon at an apartment complex on Century 21 Drive.

According to JFRD, the American Red Cross was called to help 17 people. No injuries were reported.

Of the eight apartments damaged in the fire, seven were occupied.
