VyStar’s online banking restored after a brief outage on Friday

Mobile app users experienced transaction issues earlier this week

VyStar mobile app still offline, website still sporadic

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – VyStar didn’t have a great Friday. The credit union was experiencing unexpected banking issues.

VyStar’s online banking website and mobile app went down on Friday. Customers were not able to log in to either account.

VyStar Credit Union’s Online & Mobile Banking experienced brief outages on Friday, August 12. During these periods, all member information remains safe and secure. In addition to Online & Mobile Banking, members may access their accounts by visiting a VyStar ATM or branch, or by calling Magic*Touch at 904-777-6000 or 800-445-6289, Option 0.
