The details of what led to the arrest are redacted in the report, but he was taken into custody on Jan. 5 stemming from an incident that allegedly happened last year.
A school spokesperson told News4JAX that Benker is no longer employed at the school and was fired the day after his arrest.
The school also said the charges do not involve a student from Cornerstone Classical.
