JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – New and expectant parents can receive baby items such as strollers, Pack-n-plays, car seats and more at no cost on Friday, Dec. 8.
The Florida Department of Health in Duval County is hosting its inaugural Community Baby Shower at the Legends Community Center and Gymnasium at 5130 Soutel Drive from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Several outside organizations will also be participating, including Wolfson Children’s Hospitals, UF Health, American Heart Association, Poison Control and more.
There will be new parent resources, giveaways and more.
It is free to attend the event.
