He told police that he was there to escort his brother. The report said the officer wrestled Taylor into handcuffs and walked home to the school.
Taylor then told the office that he needed to use the bathroom. When he got there, the 40-cal handgun dropped out of his pants, the report said. The officer heard the gun hit the floor and recovered it.
There is no documentation that Taylor has a younger sibling at the high school. The arrest report lists the gun as “stolen and recovered.”
Taylor is charged with possession of a firearm on school property, resisting police and trepassing.
No shots were fired, and no one was hurt, according to DCPS.
