JSO Sgt. Karen Dukes said no arrests have been made and no charges are pending as they are still investigating.

“We have interviewed the suspect and we have interviewed the victim. There is a possibility in the situation that there could be a self-defense claim and we want to make sure that we explore that thoroughly before we add any charges,” Dukes said.

She also said there are no outstanding suspects.
