JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A 79-year-old woman with dementia who was reported missing Monday has been found safely, the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office announced just before 9:30 a.m. Tuesday
The woman’s family reported her missing Monday after she left her home.

JSO learned she was seen leaving with a man on Sunday around 3 p.m. in a black Kia Optima near 45th Street and Moncrief Road.
The police thanked everyone for their assistance in finding the woman safely.
