If you are driving, deputies advise you to avoid the area as drivers cannot go beyond Old Jennings Road and Long Bay Road.

The sheriff’s office says drivers can park and remain with their vehicles at the Calvary Baptist Church or the parking lot at the Tynes Elementary School.

Updates will be provided on Safer Watch and the CCSO social media.
