JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – We asked, and as always, our amazing SnapJAX Insiders delivered!

Insiders uploaded to SnapJAX some breathtaking pictures of February’s “snow moon” that illuminated the sky right after sunset on Friday.

This full moon is also called a “micromoon” because it is the smallest of any full moon of the year. This happens when the moon’s orbit is the farthest away from Earth.

Thankfully, after a rainy Friday, the clouds dissipated just in time for us to admire the beauty of the moon — and of course, take some beautiful pictures!
