PONTE VEDRA BEACH, Fla. – Every year, The Players Championship pays tribute to veterans and the men and women serving our country through its Military Appreciation Day.
This year, Tuesday kicks things off in a big way for the event’s 50th Anniversary. This year’s program will include complimentary ticket packages, fan shop discounts, and a job fair. The ceremony will feature a performance of the Star-Spangled Banner by Matthew Johnson, winner of THE PLAYERS National Anthem Contest and former contestant on “The Voice,” and will culminate with a concert featuring multi-Platinum country star Cole Swindell.
