JSO seeks to identify people involved in deadly home invasion robbery

Police looking to identify 2 of 4 people involved in suspected home invasion robbery in January (WJXT)

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – An investigation into the death of a man in January led the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office to believe that he was a victim of a home invasion robbery.

Gary Mills, 45, was found shot on Jan. 7 at a home on Ivymill Court near Argyle Forest Boulevard. He was taken to the hospital but died.

Police said at least four people were involved in the home invasion that led to Mill’s death, and two of the four people were caught on camera not too far from the home.

Detectives also believe a white four-door sedan is also involved in the crime.
