24-year-old woman dead after being struck by train in Putnam County

PUTNAM COUNTY, Fla. – On Saturday just before 5:00 p.m., a train heading northbound through Satsuma struck and killed a 24-year-old woman, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

FHP said the incident happened at Doby Street and First Avenue.
