The club has been in the spotlight for a host of financial problems in the last year leading to temporary shutdowns.
A lack of cash flow left club members without access to amenities and employees without paychecks.
DLP Lending Fund is now seeking over $8.5 million in the foreclosure lawsuit.
A judge denied a motion filed by the beach club owners to dismiss the foreclosure lawsuit last month.

With a foreclosure pending, management at the beach club announced policy changes that require members to spend more money on amenities that were previously included in their membership.
Those changes include:
- A monthly $250 minimum spend requirement
- $5 rental fees for beach chairs and umbrellas
- $40 monthly fee for access to fitness classes
- No outside food and beverage allowed on club property, including the beach
- Increased new member pricing
Members told News4JAX they’re hesitant about the new policies with a possible foreclosure on the horizon and the abrupt closures of the club in recent months.
The new policies go into effect on April 1.
