JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A crash involving a semi-truck on Interstate 95 backed up traffic for miles on a rainy Wednesday afternoon.
Two northbound lanes on I-95 were blocked around noon after the truck crashed into the guardrail.

The driver was not hurt, but the crash caused congestion on I-95 and I-295.
