JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Two men have been arrested and accused of murder following the shooting death of a man in the Longbranch neighborhood in 2022.
According to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office, Moustapha Diop, 26, was found shot multiple times on Winona Drive.

Based on a review of the available evidence on scene, and following interviews conducted by detectives, Khalil Bradley, 27, and Marvin Mills, 27, were identified as suspects.
Mills was located by JSO’s SWAT team and arrested and accused of second-degree murder.
Bradley was already incarcerated at the Pre-Trial Detention Facility on unrelated charges and also faces second-degree murder charges.
