Some of the information a potential voter would have to give includes a Florida driver’s license number or an ID card number, and the last four digits of their Social Security card number.

The paperwork has to be submitted to the Supervisor of Elections Office in the voter’s county.

Filling out the form appropriately would allow someone to vote by mail for any election in 2024 and 2025.
