JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – June is LGBTQ+ Pride Month. The month is intended to celebrate hard-won equality and raise awareness about ongoing efforts.

Events, parades, and parties are taking place all over Northeast Florida. News4JAX has compiled a list of events below.

Jacksonville Pride Kickoff

Thursday, June 6: “Come on out and Join Us as we celebrate Jacksonville Pride Month with our friends from Equality Florida. This year, we are excited to announce the re-release of PRIDE, our Fabulous Amber Ale (English-style ESB) along with a limited run of Pride Shirts. Proceeds of which go back to Equality Florida - First Coast Community, our local chapter!” More info

June 2 - June 28: Hardwicks Bar is hosting an array of events in June. Below is a breakdown of events from fundraisers to after-parties.

USS Orleck Shipyard Cabaret

Saturday, June 22: The event is taking place on Saturday, June 22 at 7 p.m. at the Jacksonville Naval Museum. Tickets begin at $30 and can be purchased here. Gates open at 7 p.m. and the show begins at 8 p.m. The event is for individuals who are 21 years old and above. Featured entertainment includes Kandy Ho, Tanisha Iman, Judas Elliot, Lana Lashes, Dehaire Frantz, Rico and more. Learn more here.

Queer Market JAX

Sunday, June 9: “We are only 4 days away from this Sunday’s Queer Market! Join us from 11:30 to 4:30 on Sunday, June 9 to celebrate Pride with local queer and allied creatives, merchants, and makers! All are welcome!”

Jumbo Shrimp Pride Night 2024

Thursday, June 13 at 7 p.m. It’s Pride night at the park! The Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp is holding its annual Pride Night on Thursday, June 13. The Jumbo Shrimp will donate $4 of each ticket sold to Jacksonville River City Pride. Tickets are $15. Don’t forget, it’s Thirsty Thursdays at the ballpark.

Bold Love Fest

Saturday, June 15: Bold Love Fest invites everyone to join us at Daily’s Place as we revel in the moment and come together to celebrate our shared love of music. From Ava Max’s “Whatever,” “Kings & Queens,” and “Sweet But Psycho” to Aly & AJ’s “Potential Breakup Song,” and from G Flip’s viral cover of “Cruel Summer” or their hit “Be Your Man,” to VINCINT’S “Higher,” the day will be filled with dancing, community, joy and love. Alewife + Aardwolf: A Colorful Collaboration

Thursday, June 20: Alewife and Aardwolf are teaming up for a collaborative celebration of Pride Month, benefiting PFLAG! Join us on June 20th at 6 p.m. for good beer and good people to benefit a good cause. We’ll have Aardwolf Jacksonville Pride on tap and each pint sold helps raise funds for PFLAG Jacksonville’s Scholarship Fund. More info

BrewHound’s ‘Rainbows Under the Stars Reloaded’

Monday, June 24 at 6 p.m. Rainbows Under the Stars! Join BrewHound for a fun-packed evening celebrating each other and the LBGTQIA+ community. Meet some wonderful new friends, singles, mingle, dance, sing - everyone is free to be! Local vendors, Fun drinks, Tasty Food, and the brilliant DiscoNap will be spinning music + lots more!
