There are five main points the city council will discuss: the Community Benefits Agreement, security, parking, and how the renovations would impact the Miller Electric Center and Daily’s Place.
The city’s chief negotiator, the city council auditor and a council consultant are all slated to speak.
There will also be time for council members to ask questions and listen to public comments.
If the city council cannot get to everything on this list during Thursday’s meeting it will hold another meeting Friday morning.
