PALM COAST, Fla. – The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office is looking for an armed man accused of an assault at the Shell gas station at 5 Old Kings Road in Palm Coast on June 21.

Officials said on the morning of June 21, Johnson entered the gas station and pistol-whipped the clerk several times and caused significant injuries.

Investigators said Johnson demanded the clerk pre-charge the gas pump for $30 of fuel.

The clerk initially refused, and then Johnson threatened to kill him, according to officials. The pump was activated, but the fuel was never pumped.

FCSO used surveillance footage of the incident to identify Johnson’s vehicle.

“This is an armed and dangerous fugitive that we need to get off the street before he can hurt anyone else,” Sheriff Rick Staly said.

If you see Johnson, do not approach him. Call FCSO at 911 or 386-313-4911 or your local law enforcement agency.

You can send an email to TIPS@FlaglerSheriff.com or call CrimeStoppers at 888-277-TIPS and be eligible for a $5,000 reward.
