The sheriff’s office arrested Fisher Watts, of St. Marys, Georgia, in connection to Stewart’s murder.
The lawsuit seeks in excess of$50,000 in damages.
The plaintiffs said the park operators failed to provide adequate security and knew or should have known that armed people were on the premises and “that numerous criminal incidents and dangerous activities occurred” at the park.
