ATLANTIC BEACH, Fla. – The popular oceanfront resort and spa in Atlantic Beach, One Ocean, has new owners and will soon get some upgrades and renovations.
Aspect Real Estate Group, Sage Hospitality Group, Corner Lot and Kelco Management & Development, Inc. are taking ownership of the resort.

One Ocean Resort & Spa is a luxury oceanfront destination in Northeast Florida. Its 193 rooms are ocean themed, many with an oceanfront setting with balconies and water views.
The resort sits next to Beaches Town Center which allows for guests to shop, dine and stroll. The Spa at One Ocean offers a wide range of marine-inspired treatments including massages, wraps, facials and more.
Sage will oversee operations of the resort, the resort spa and Azurea, the signature fine-dining restaurant.
