CLAY COUNTY, Fla. – Clay County was experiencing intermittent 911 outages on Friday, but service was restored around 7:20 a.m.
It’s unclear if the outage was related to the global technology outage affecting flights, banks, media outlets and other companies.

A county spokeswoman said the cause of the outage was under investigation.
