Former Jaguars star Donovin Darius to hold free youth training camp

Jacksonville Jaguars 25th overall in the 1998 NFL draft to host training camp for local athletes

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Former Jacksonville Jaguars star Donovin Darius and other Jaguars legends will be holding a free camp for young athletes on Saturday.

Named “DDs city-wide Tackling Technique Camp”, the camp plans to host 100 kids between 10 and 14 years old. This is a non-padded camp to teach and reinforce proper techniques and fundamentals of tackling in football.

It is a free event. School supplies are being accepted for the kids going back to school.

The camp takes place Saturday, July 27 from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Duval Charter High School.
