Historic Black fraternity unveils Little Free Library in Orange Park to promote literacy

ORANGE PARK, Fla. – On Saturday, a historic Black fraternity unveiled a Little Free Library at Moody Avenue Park to provide free books and promote literacy in the community.

The Sigma Pi Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Inc. partnered with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Florida.

City officials in attendance included Brian Corson, Clay County Chamber Board Member, Justin Pierce, Director of Clay County Parks & Recreation, and Mary Canfield, Library Director for Clay County Government.

The Moody Avenue Park is located at 3510 Moody Avenue, Orange Park, FL 32065.
