With the help of Florida Urgent Rescue based in St. Augustine, the dogs were taken to Pet Paradise at the Jacksonville International Airport.

The dogs were forced to leave because the outdoor shelter in Union County wouldn’t protect them during the storm.

They will stay there until the storm passes then they will be taken back to Union County.

Anyone interested in adopting the dogs before they are returned to Union County can visit Florida Urgent Rescue’s website.
