Got a problem with your student’s bus? Here’s who to call.

Students in 10 local counties head back to class on Monday

DUVAL COUNTY, Fla. – We know the first day of school comes with a lot of questions about transportation.

If you have any questions or issues with your child’s bus, we have the numbers for each district’s transportation department and bus hotline listed below.

Duval: 904-858-6200 | Office Hours: 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday | After-hours emergency calls are available from 6 a.m.-7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.-6:30 p.m. | Early Release Days: On early release days, all bus routes will run approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes earlier than on full days. The office closes at 4:30 p.m. | Families can contact the bus companies for general questions such as the location of a bus or estimated time of arrival at a bus stop. To find the bus company’s contact info, click here and then choose the Contact Our Bus Vendors tab.

St. Johns: 904-547-7810 | Not available during dispatch hours: 6-9 a.m. and 1:45-4:15 p.m.; Wed: 12:45-3:15 p.m. | You can also contact the St. Johns County School District transportation department by filling out the form on their website. The website also lists extensions for specific bus-related questions, including pickup or dropoff concerns, items left on a bus, route concerns and others.
