Clay County Sheriff school crossing guard fired after being arrested, accused of exposing himself to a woman: CCSO

CLAY COUNTY, Fla. – A part-time school crossing guard with Clay County Sheriff’s Office was fired after he was arrested Saturday and accused of exposing himself to a woman at a local business.

Officials said the man, Johnny Ray Long, was not on duty with CCSO when the incident happened on Aug. 2.

“The Sheriff’s Office remains dedicated to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in law enforcement practices. By taking swift action in this incident, the Sheriff’s Office reaffirms its commitment to selflessly serving and protecting all members of the community,” CCSO said in a press release.
