The FHP report said the motorcyclist did not slow down on a curve, causing the woman to run into the pickup truck.
The impact caused the motorcycle to crash into the concrete median barrier, throwing the motorcycle and the woman into the eastbound lanes and then colliding with an SUV and a sedan, troopers said.
The woman died at the scene.
No other injuries were reported.
FHP is investigating the crash.
