This expo provides a one-stop shop for residents to work with state agencies and/or the court to determine how to reinstate their driving privileges and get back on the road.

“This is always such a special event and we are excited to host our 4th LET’S DRIVE JAX!,” Clerk Jody Phillips said. “We thank all of our partner agencies who are working together with the Clerk’s Office to resolve the issues affecting the participants’ licenses and get them back on the road quickly and safely.”

The expo will take place from Oct. 7 to Oct. 11 and Oct. 14 to Oct. 18 at the Duval County courthouse.

The clerk’s office will research each individual situation and contact the person directly to explain the process and set up an appointment for them to go to the courthouse.

Officials said participation in this program is limited and it’s likely that the event will fill up quickly. Therefore, they encouraged those interested to pre-register as early as possible.

For more details, and to access the online pre-registration form, visit this website starting Sept. 9.

The clerk’s office will not be able to help people with licenses revoked, suspended, or canceled due to out-of-county or out-of-state matters.
