A half-mile section of Old St. Augustine Road near San Jose Boulevard was closed Friday morning after another round of rain made the road impassable. The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said both directions of Old St. Augustine Road between Pritmore Road and Crown Point Road were closed because of flooding at 4 a.m.

A Flood Watch remains in effect until 6 a.m. Saturday for inland Nassau, Camden, and Glynn counties, as well as coastal Duval and areas around the Trout River.
