DJ MisterJville established the event that intends to bring local music back to the River City in June 2024. It showcases vendors, BBQs, 50+ whiskeys, and the best rock and country bands in the city and surrounding areas.

“Just to put people who haven’t made it yet, learning to strive to be the best, placing them as a headliner gives me goosebumps. Being able to reach out to the writers from Jacksonville is now blown up so big we have artists coming from all around,” MisterJville said.

The lineup features the Bad Boys Bail Bondz Inc. stage, including Duval County Line, Braedon Harris, Chris Woods, Leann Purvis, Seth Cole, Kyle Mannie, Julia Culia with Andrew Jones, Off The Wall, and Music by DJ MisterJville.

”It’s been great. When I first started playing, I had just a couple hundred monthly Spotify listeners; now, I’m up in the thousands. I’m starting to sell merch, and it’s broadened my horizons by meeting and networking with out-of-town artists and other talented future artists,” artist Chris Woods said.

Doors open at noon and the event will happen rain or shine.

Tickets for the Duval Music Jamare are just $20.00, and they include one complimentary beer and shot courtesy of Coors Light and Fireball Whiskey.

The next festival will take place in 2025. Misterjville said, “We look forward to having it on Ford on the Bay, with live entertainment, tons of food trucks, and more.”
