JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Jaguars will soon have a new headquarters.
One Shipyards Place, leased and managed by NAI Hallmark, is a new office building that will sit between the Four Seasons Hotel and the Residences across from EverBank Stadium.

The state-of-the-art, six-story development will encompass 137,000 sq. ft. of dedicated office space. The ground floor will feature 12,000 sq. ft. of retail and amenity space, including a state-of-the-art fitness facility and a 5,757 sq. ft. restaurant with a patio view of the marina.
The area will feature parks, a world-class marina, and a luxurious 10-story Four Seasons Hotel featuring a Michelin-starred Chef restaurant.
The Jacksonville Jaguars future headquarters will be part of downtown Jacksonville’s Sports & Entertainment district. The headquarters will occupy three building floors, leaving the remaining portions for high-profile business space.

The new office building is slated to open Feb. 2026.
