JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A water main break at Hood Landing Boulevard and Mandrake Woods Court led to a water outage for 96 customers on Wednesday night, according to JEA.
JEA crews worked overnight and were still on-site around 10 a.m. Thursday working to fix the groundwater impact and focus on safe repair.

A detour was set up around the work site to control traffic flow, and to keep the crews safe.
Hood Landing traffic lanes were closed from Old St. Augustine Road to Sparkman Road.
JEA notified the 96 impacted customers of a boil water advisory Wednesday night. JEA expects to have water restored by Thursday afternoon.
