JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A missing 71-year-old man last seen by his family on Jacksonville’s Westside was found safe on Friday, the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said.
“Thanks to our vigilant community members, Mr. Louis has been found safe. We appreciate the community’s assistance in helping to locate Mr. Louis.”
