JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is looking for a 68-year-old man with Dementia last seen on the Westside.
According to JSO, Guy Andre St. Phard was reported missing on Monday night after he didn’t return home.

He is 5 foot 5 inches and weighs 165 pounds. He has brown and salt and pepper hair.
He was last seen wearing a pink long-sleeve shirt with a pink tie and black pants.
The sheriff’s office is asking residents to check their cameras, vehicles and other areas of property for St. Phard.
