Interactive Map: Tracking power outages around Florida caused by Hurricane Milton

We’re tracking power outages around Florida

Power outages due to Hurricane Milton (Copyright 2024 by WJXT News4JAX - All rights reserved.)

Hurricane Milton’s tear of destruction across central Florida left more than 3.3 million homes statewide without power at its peak on Thursday.

As that number decreases, we are updating our interactive county-by-county and provider-by-provider map of power outages as reported by the Florida Public Service Commission.

The Florida PSC updates its data several times a day, and this map will update throughout the day as well. Darker colors indicate a higher percentage of customers in a county who are without power. Click on a county to see the impacts on individual utilities in the county.

Outages shown here may not be as up-to-date as other tracking sites, but this is based on data reported by the state.
