NAS Jacksonville stops allowing further entry to Air Show after reaching parking capacity

The Blue Angels are gearing up to delight thousands of spectators at 2:30 p.m.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Naval Air Station Jacksonville announced it will not be allowing further admittance to the NAS Jacksonville Air Show Saturday because it reached the parking capacity.

The announcement was made at 1:44 p.m.

Meanwhile, thousands of spectators are lined up and ready to be delighted by the Navy’s flight demonstration team, The Blue Angels. They will begin their thrilling aerial performance at 2:30 p.m.

The gates will reopen at 9 a.m. Sunday and the show will begin at 11 a.m. The grand finale will be the Navy’s flight demonstration team, The Blue Angels, who will begin at 2:30 p.m.

The show is completely free. Spectators should bring their ID with them to get on base.
