FLAGLER COUNTY, Fla. – A 28-year-old man was sentenced to 30 years in prison for sexually battering a juvenile multiple times over several years in Flagler County.
In Sept. 2023, hospital staff from Advent Health in Palm Coast called the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office to report a possible sex offense involving a juvenile.

Investigators said Jessy Kalani Andrew Gilbreath had been sexually abusing the victim since they were between four and six years old.
Gilbreath was arrested on Oct. 24, 2023, on six counts of sexual battery on a minor and pled guilty to the counts almost a year later on Oct. 21.
Gilbreath will be required to register as a sexual predator when he is released.
