JSO releases video of suspected vehicle involved in Westside hit-and-run crash

JSO looking for vehicle involved in hit-and-run incident on Tuesday (Jacksonville Sheriff's Office)

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A search is underway for a driver involved in a hit-and-run crash on Jacksonville’s westside.

According to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office, the crash happened on Tuesday, Oct. 22 at the Normandy Boulevard and Lenox Avenue intersection.

JSO said the vehicle pictured in a video that the department released hit a pedestrian crossing the road.

The driver is described as a white man in his 50s with white, medium-length hair.

Police believe the suspected vehicle is a Nissan Juke or similar-style vehicle.
