PENSACOLA, Fla. – Governor Ron DeSantis continued to urge Floridians to vote “no” on Amendment 3 Friday morning. Meanwhile, Smart & Safe Florida, which has advocated for marijuana legalization, held a virtual news conference to address what they say is a misuse of millions of dollars by state agencies that oppose the amendment.

Attorney John Morgan and Florida state Sens. Joe Gruters and Jason Pizzo hosted the virtual news conference.
