The best is Thanksgiving itself when the roads are typically clear.
If you need to leave earlier, which is most people, any day before 10 a.m. or 11 a.m. should keep you moving.
When it comes to getting to Thanksgiving dinner, gas prices are down 25 cents from a year ago. The national average is $3.07. It’s $3.12 in Florida and $2.93 in Georgia.
Analysts predict the national average will dip below $3 by Thanksgiving.
If you plan to fly, international flights are up 23% compared to last Thanksgiving, partially because the cost to fly internationally is down about 5%.
The top spots this time around are Hungary, Mexico and Puerto Rico.
Here in the U.S., the top flight destinations are Orlando, Miami and Fort Lauderdale.The top
