Around 6:30 p.m., the agency said the non-emergency line had been restored.

According to the agency, the outage included disruptions to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office, the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department, the Beaches’ law enforcement agencies, and the School Board Police Department.

“Again, we are working on isolating the issue at this time and will continue to communicate up-to-date information via our social media platforms,” JSO said on Facebook.

The Jacksonville Beach Police Department said it was dealing with the same issue, which appeared to be county-wide.
