JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A man was arrested and charged with the murder of another man who was found unresponsive on a sidewalk in December 2024 in Northwest Jacksonville, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.
Police said Reginald Graves, 51, was arrested Monday in connection with the murder of Todd Mahodge Taylor, 51.

On Dec. 18, 2024, officers responded to Kings Road following a report about an unresponsive man, later identified as Taylor, on the sidewalk following an altercation, police said.
Taylor was transported to a hospital with life-threatening injuries. He died on Jan. 7, according to JSO.
JSO detectives and officers went to the scene to investigate. Detectives reviewed the evidence and identified Graves as the suspect.
Graves was charged with second-degree murder and aggravated assault.
