JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Gator freshman Casey Turgeon hit his first career triple in the sixth inning to give the Gators their first lead of the night and Florida went on to beat FSU 4-1 in front of 10,751 at the Baseball Grounds of Jacksonville Tuesday night.

Turgeon hit a line shot to center that Seminoles center fielder James Ramsay misjudged as the ball went off the tip of his glove. Mike Zunino and Taylor Gushue scored to give the Gators a 2-1 lead.
