The student complied and told the officer that she did not feel threatened by the man. She said the man, who is described as a black man, about 6-feet tall and weighing about 120 pounds, offered her marijuana. She said she told him she did not smoke marijuana and turned to walk away.

The student said the man then told her he could get her cigarettes, but she walked away without incident and entered school campus.

The student said the man was wearing a black hoodie and black jeans.
