JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – It took a jury 15 minutes to convict David Oseas Ramirez on a charge of lewd or lascivious molestation in connection with abuse of an 11-year-old girl last June.
Authorities were alerted to the crime after the child told her mother that Ramirez inappropriately touched her.
