Hackers are always looking for ways to beat any system and often they beat the best and most elaborate, including companies like Amazon, banks, even the Department of Defense. Here is how to dodge viruses in emails where you work.
First, don't click attachments that end with .ZIP, .SCR, .BAT, .EXE, OR .DLL, especially .ZIP. Malicious programs are hidden inside zip files and often virus scanners don't check them, so delete them.

Next, don't open or reply to emails from suspicious addresses, for example: urgent@fbi.gov, payroll@cpa.com, or bankofamericafraud@boa.com. The idea is to trick you into clicking their fraudulent links or files, so delete them.
Also, don't fill out an email that asks for a login and password no matter how reputable it looks. Also, never give out your work email to websites for personal use. Those folks will sell your work email to spammers and send to their affiliates.
If you have doubts or were not expecting an email, don't open it. It's better to call the person or company who emailed you to confirm if it is legit.
