What Trump’s return to White House means for his legal woes

Former President Donald Trump beat Vice President Kamala Harris in the race for the White House. But that’s not all.

The president-elect most likely beat the system -- the system that might very well have landed him on the path to jail.

The only president with the dubious distinction of being charged and convicted of felonies and facing an avalanche of other legal charges for wrongdoing will likely never face legal accountability on those charges.

Jeremy Rosenthal, who has a long record as both a prosecutor and criminal defense lawyer, is a highly sought-after commentator on legal issues.

He joined us on The Morning Show to talk about Trump’s White House victory and whether it virtually guaranteed he will never face serious legal accountability for the avalanche of alleged legal wrongdoing.
