The New England Journal of Medicine published that in August and September, about five-months after Easter, Americans are the lowest weight they will be all year on average. In their findings they revealed that after the weight gain of Thanksgiving and Christmas it takes about five months to get your body back on track. Specifically May to November is when our weight begins to stabilize with the whole cycle repeating itself at the end of November.
